Specialty: Weight loss that is safe, effective and educational to the dieter.
Website use: Easy to use with plenty of content.
Software/tools provided: Shopping list generator, weight tracker, meal tracker and message boards
Meal plans/recipe description: Great recipes varying from easy to difficult to prepare.
Communication: Email and phone contact if needed.
Thumbs up: Attention given to emotional issues surrounding food and consumption. Everyone gets a coach and a "Beach Buddy" to encourage one another to eat right.
Thumbs down: When I had a question, it took a while to get an answer back from the coach. Maybe it was just coincidence, but it was a little frustrating.
